Golden Eagle induction coil ,quality beat price

Golden Eagle has been adhering to the quality policy of "quality first, customer satisfaction". And, introduced lean production mode, to improve the management and provide the induction coil for the global customers with "first-class quality" .

In such a competitive market, many peers win with low price, completely ignoring the importance of quality. Low-cost raw materials and low-cost labor, resulting in market price disorder. Some customers ask the price directly, do not care about the quality ,the low price win customer orders finally. Even so, quality is still our consistent insistence, customer satisfaction is still our consistent pursuit.

Miss Yin is a buyer from a manufacturer of wireless chargers. She send me a wireless charger coil drawing for quotation. After open the drawings, I found the wireless charging coil is a standard model on the market, and the prices are much lower than us. In the past, some customers have asked me for quotation for many times. Each time, they would complain about the price because the price was higher than their peers, or they would Ignore me after quotation. Recalling the previous injury experience, I am very uneasy, also a little at a loss. If the price is our serious injury, how can I persuade the customer?

Fearful, I offered the same price to Miss Yin, and nervously waited for her to give me a lecture. Half an hour passed, Miss Yin ask if the price can be cheaper as it’s higher than the market price. I told her "I am afraid can not. I know there are some prices of this wireless charger coil on market is lower than us. I won’t comment on other companies quality, but our quality is guaranteed. we don't win at a low price, but the product quality."After my answer, Miss Yin did not reply immediately . two hours past, she replied me that our price can be acceptable ,but the quality must be guaranteed. And she asked me to arrange 10 pieces samples for her checking.

The samples were sent out three days later. After Miss Yin received our samples, she compared samples with three suppliers at the same time. She was most satisfied with the quality of our samples, and there are two main reasons:

  1. Process: other coils are crooked, butour coils are positive.
  2. Raw materials: the copper wire and magnetic pad of other supplier usingcheap raw materials, and our raw materials are with better quality, product test performance is betterthan them.

Golden Eagle induction coil never won by low price, quality is the principle we always adhere to. What we want to do is to make every customer 100% satisfied with our product, not to make every customer 100% satisfied with the price.
