He is looking for a miniature inductor coil, the magnetic core is small, wire diameter is very thin, but with many turns. He required product performance is stable. He found many suppliers to try sample, but because of the performance is stable ,and quality could not reach the requirements. After checking the drawing provided by customers, engineer replied we can make the coil. So I quoted the winding mold fee and sample fee, as well as the products unit price to him, and promised can meet the requirements , delivery can urgent treatment to meet his demands. I received his email the next morning. Although our price was a little higher, he expressed his willingness to have a try. Then he asked me to open a PI to pay him.
After 1 day, we received the mold fee and sample fee from the customer, so we immediately arranged engineer to make samples. And sent the sample in 3 days later. The customer was very satisfied after receiving the sample, the coil winding was very smooth, and the performance was very stable, and other characters passed the test. After 10 days, we received the order for the trial production of 2000 pieces.
